What counts as an emergency
Severe or lingering tooth pain, a knocked-out or loosened tooth, a broken or chipped tooth, a lost filling or crown, swelling, or an injury to the mouth all warrant a prompt call to the clinic.
What to do right now
Call us first so we can guide you. For a knocked-out tooth, keep it moist and handle it by the crown, not the root. For swelling or a fever, let us know immediately so we can prioritize your visit.
